The name says it all. These little guys are super sweet and suculent. At around two inches, they are the perfect coctail oyster - Plump, flavorful and briney with a nice cup and buttery finish. They are raised on our farm in the Apalachee Bay.

"Old Salts" are meaty, full sized oysters with a deep cup - 3 1/4 inches or larger with a medium salty taste. They will definitely cover a saltine. These are our most savory oysters with a sea-breeze finish. Grown in Apalachee Bay.
